Fortunately for us and our customers, our service department is never very busy. This is due to the steps we take in the design phase to ensure an extremely low failure rate in all our products.

However, in the unlikely event that any of our product fails, the following policy is observed.

 

Warranty.

Our warranty has three facets.

1. We design our products NOT to fail. We use only the best components regardless of price. Quality is cheaper in the long run. This policy is so effective that we can afford the following additional warranty.

2. For your security, we offer a return to base LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser. Provided the unit has not been physically damaged and parts are still available, we will repair a faulty unit free of charge, no matter how old it is.

3. For the first 5 years, in the very unlikely event that a unit fails, if parts are not available we will replace it with a current model free of charge.
